Questions
Which format should I use for Feed?
For Feed, the offer static in 4:5 and the product hero in 4:5 or 1:1. For Reels and Stories, the 9:16 formats.
Does it publish to my Meta account?
No. You download the files and upload them to Ads Manager, so you control what goes live.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You buy a credit pack when you need one. No monthly fee, no commitment, nothing renews on its own.
What happens if a take fails?
The credits for that take go back to your balance automatically. Your history shows the charge and the refund.
