Do I need a subscription?
No. You buy a credit pack when you need one. No monthly fee, no commitment, nothing renews on its own.
What happens if a take fails?
The credits for that take go back to your balance automatically. Your history shows the charge and the refund.
Which languages does it support?
English, Spanish, German and Brazilian Portuguese: the site, studio, scripts and voiceover. Switch any time.
Do the ads carry an AI label?
Yes. By default, videos carry an “AI-generated” label in one corner. Meta and TikTok may also label AI content. Check each platform's rules before you publish.
Can I use the ads to sell?
The ads are made to promote your store. Each AI model has its own terms, and we can't guarantee exclusivity or copyright in what it generates. Use photos of products you own, and don't imitate real people or other brands. Details are in the terms.
What happens to my photos?
Photos you upload are stripped of GPS and device data. We keep your files for 30 days, and you can delete them sooner.
